Something I heard this weekend makes me wonder if we every really know anyone in this world.

Cute, Burke, really. You know, you do your own share of bitching around here, despite the fact that your nose never leaves those books. Don't talk to me about immaturity when you clearly have your own brand of it. I must say, I rather preferred you without the journal.

Must memos about something fairly common sense really be sent out? It seems an awful waste of resources and time.

Mister Vaisey, I must say it was a lovely party. You and Miss Greengrass certainly outdid yourselves.
It's just hard to believe that Lockhart is dead. First Potter, now this--I think we all need to be on our guards.

It's finally starting to feel like spring, and hopefully the snow won't return again. Because it's finally warm enough to fully enjoy time outside, and makes runs a lot more pleasant.
Well done, Ms. Greengrass. It's nice to see a journalist who gets more than one opinion. It's refreshing.

Well, I finally think every single feather from that flurry of owls is out of my office, and the owls are going through the right places this time which is a relief. I much prefer it when there isn't some bird sitting on every available surface.
I'm just wondering when it will be next that I hear from Rita Skeeter. I swear she sends three times as many owls as anyone else, it seems.
I just hope everyone is recovering well and settling back in after the Mathwall incident, and that families are all safe and whole again.

It's always funny what passes for investigative journalism these days.

Well, I must say it's been a smashing start to my week. Work has been going extremely well, but that really is to be expected I suppose.
But I also received two free tickets to the next Weird Sisters concert. I can't go sadly, so if anyone is interested in going, do let me know. I'd love to brighten up your day.
And of course the only thing that will make my week better is if the lovely Mrs. Goldstein takes me up on my lunch offer. And no, Anthony, you're not invited. Terribly sorry.
Now, if anyone needs me, I'll be in my office.
